What is the ITAD app?

What does it cost to download and use the ITAD app?
The app is free to download. We only collect a one-time 2.5% service fee when a transaction is completed, so we only get paid when you do.

What happens to the personal data on my assets?
Every device undergoes NIST SP 800-88 compliant data destruction. You receive a tamper-proof certificate of destruction as proof your data was permanently erased.
How do I get paid?
Once your trade-in is received and processed, funds are sent to your preferred method — direct deposit, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and more.
